Lead attorney for the 26-state ObamaCare lawsuit, David Rivkin of Washington, D.C. law firm Baker Hostetler, will appear on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews tonight at 5 p.m. EST.
Host Matthews is well known for liberal positions on national issues and is expected to critique the Florida ruling that threw out the national health care law just repealed by the House.
Rivkin, a former White House lawyer who presented the individual mandate argument before Federal Judge Roger Vinson, will discuss the January 31 ruling that found ObamaCare to be unconstitutional.
The left-leaning Matthews, who famously felt “a thrill going up his leg” while listening to a speech by then-presidential candidate Barack Obama, probably will not feel a similar thrill as Rivkin discusses the states’ major victory.
