Arrested for Freedom of Speech at the mall. Deemed unconstitutional according to David Rivkin

How would it feel to be arrested at the local mall just for starting a conversation about God after shoppers accepting to listen. That is what happened to Matthew Snatchko, a youth pastor, who expressed his freedom of religion and speech at a California mall in 2008. It’s come back in the news today and Constitutional attorney, David Rivkin says this is clear violation of Snatchko’s American rights. What are your thoughts?
